For most of my life, I struggled with this feeling of not being enough and that I needed to “make it” in the world to ensure I actually was capable. I’ve often had this experience that if my life wasn’t reflecting outwardly success in the way I expected of myself, I was failing and missing out on my potential.

Fast forward many years through my spiritual journey and inquiry, and countless hours on the meditation cushion,

I realized that true happiness actually rests at the core of our being. Not our doing.

That within us there’s already a place of utter contentment and fufillment, and this place has nothing to do with our achievements or success in the world.

And as we learn to connect to this essential essence of our being, we integrate our natural and most powerful operating system.
